The Canteen and the Peggy Duigan buildings are almost joined together now by the new metal skeleton.
As you can see, the building is really starting to take shape already!
Finally, after months of digging down, the building has started to rise up out of the ground. The metal frame shown in the photos went up really quickly, so you should get a good idea of how the final building will look within the next few days.
We’ve been told that there should be parts of the actual building going up very soon – perhaps even in the next few days. The builders have spent this week clearing away everything on the footings, so there should be something more visible in the next post!
